Women’s Love and Sex Addiction Group

Welcome to our fortnightly online women's group, inspired by the transformative journey outlined in the book "Going Deeper for Women: How the Inner Child Impacts Your Love and Sex Addiction Workbook." In this safe and supportive space, we delve into the depths of our inner selves, exploring the impact of our inner child on our experiences of love and sex addiction.

Group members will engage prior to each hour and a half session with individual reflection and engagement with the book's written material. The group will involve a 20 min pair up in breakout rooms to share their insights and reflections with a partner, fostering connection and mutual support.

The heart of our group lies in the remaining hour, where we come together as a collective to engage in group process. Here, we practice intimacy and connection through identification and the courageous act of taking interpersonal risks. Through sharing our…
